Cystogastrostomy
Dr. Neeraj Singla performed an EUS guided cystogastrostomy in a 15 yr old boy with pancreatitis and large WON. This is a minimally invasive procedure done using a special endoscopy device called Endoscopy ultrasound. Historically these patients were managed with surgery, but this latest technique is painless, has lesser cost and shorter hospital stay.
